Analysis of Demographic Factor, Vital Sign, Degree of Symptom, Laboratorium Result and Comorbidity To Clinical Outcome of COVID-19 Patients In RSUDZA Banda Aceh

Background: Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious caused by SARS-CoV-2 which leads to respiratory systemic symptoms, it became pandemic until current. Clinical outcome of patients are varied depend several factors. Methods: This study aimed analyze clinical outcome, whether good or bad COVID-19 related demographic factors, vital signs, degree symptom, laboratorium result and comorbidity. was observational analytic with cross sectional design. The samples were collected total sampling method. All variables analyzed toward medical record while admission. Bivariable multivariable analysis done identify factor who most influence the inhospital patients.Results: Of 183 admitted, there 80 (43,72%) moderate degree, 77 patients(42,08%) severe 26 (14,21%) critically ill.There had nocomorbidity rest hypertension cardiovascular in 39 (21,31%), diabetes melitus 37 (20,22%), CKD 13 (7,10%), COPD 3 (1,64%), other diseases 11 (6,01%). There significantly corelation among comorbidity (p<0,001). age has been corelated sign variable, only blood pressure heart rate (p=0,020 p<0,001, respectively). result, hemoglobin, leucocyte, random glucose creatinine (p=0,030, p=0,001, p<0,001 Multivariable show that influenced OR 5,6 (95%CI 2,223-13,90).Conclusion: Age, comorbidity, pressure, rate, creatinin at admission factors admitted patients.
